AOL Falls on First Day After Time Warner Spinoff (Update1)
Dec. 10 (Bloomberg) -- AOL Inc. , the Internet company spun off from Time Warner Inc. , fell on its first day of trading after the separation. AOL, based in New York, declined 46 cents, or 1.9 percent, to $23.21 at 12:47 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading, after rising to $24.19. The Standard & Poor’s MidCap 400 Index , which includes AOL, gained 0.9 percent.
