US midday: Shares continue riseLONDON (SHARECAST) - US share prices can’t get out of the habit of rising. They followed the positive mood of other markets around the world. The Dow Jones is 117 ahead at 10,387, while the S&P 500 is 14 higher at 1,107. Nasdaq is the strongest of all with a 28 point rise to 2,196.
